I just spent the last few hours playing Gem Runner and I've got to say, it's definitely a fun little game. The idea is simple - you're a character who's running through these procedurally generated tunnels, collecting gems and power-ups while trying to avoid obstacles. It's not exactly a new concept, but Gem Runner does it well. The controls are tight and responsive, which is essential for a game like this where you need to be able to react quickly to what's coming up ahead.
