Basket Fill : Ball Puzzle Review & Gameplay Guide
I just spent the last hour playing Basket Fill: Ball Puzzle and I'm still trying to process my thoughts about it. I mean, the game is exactly what it sounds like - you're filling baskets with balls, and it's a puzzle game, so it's not like it's trying to be anything it's not. But at the same time, it's just so... simple. I'm not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing. On the one hand, it's easy to pick up and play, and the levels are short so you can play it in short bursts. But on the other hand, it feels like there's not a lot of depth to the game.
The gameplay itself is pretty straightforward. You're given a basket and a bunch of balls, and you have to fill the basket with the balls in the correct order. The twist is that the balls are different colors, and some of the baskets have color requirements, so you have to plan ahead and make sure you're putting the right balls in the right baskets. It's not super challenging, but it's not boring either. I found myself getting into a rhythm and just going through the motions, which was actually kind of nice. It's a good game to play if you're looking for something to just zone out to.
One thing that I did find a little annoying was the ads. I know, I know, ads are a necessary evil in free games, but it feels like they're everywhere in Basket Fill. I'd finish a level and then I'd get an ad, and then I'd start the next level and I'd get another ad. It got to the point where I was seeing more ads than gameplay, which was frustrating. I get that the developers need to make money, but it feels like they could have been more subtle about it. Maybe instead of showing an ad after every level, they could have shown one every five levels or something.
Despite the ads, I did find myself getting pretty invested in the game. I wanted to see how far I could get and how challenging the levels would become. And I have to say, the game did deliver on that front. As I progressed through the levels, they did get harder and more complex. I had to start thinking ahead and planning my moves more carefully, which was a nice challenge. It's not like the game is going to win any awards for originality or anything, but it's a solid puzzle game that's fun to play.
Overall, I'd say that Basket Fill: Ball Puzzle is a decent game. It's not going to blow your mind or anything, but it's a good way to pass the time. If you're a fan of puzzle games, you might enjoy it. Just be prepared for the ads, because they can be pretty annoying. I'm not sure if I'll keep playing it long-term, but for now, it's a fun little diversion. I might recommend it to people who are looking for a casual game to play, but I'm not sure if it's something that I'd play for hours on end.
I think the thing that's going to make or break this game for people is whether or not they can get past the simplicity of it. Like I said, it's a very straightforward game, and some people might find that boring. But if you're looking for something that's just easy to pick up and play, then Basket Fill might be a good choice. It's not a game that's going to challenge you or make you think too hard, but it's a good way to relax and have some fun. And hey, sometimes that's exactly what you need - a game that's just easy to play and enjoyable.
